Thank you for supporting our handmade specialty gift shop! Because our items are unique and often made-to-order, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
All Sales Are Final
Please note that all purchases are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or accidental orders. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your handmade gifts, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. We only offer refunds or replacements if an item arrives broken or damaged.
To qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage:
Notification: You must contact us within [48 hours] of delivery.
Photographic Proof: You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. This is required for us to process your claim.
Review: Once we receive and review the photos, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges
Due to the specialty nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
